Our services are unmanaged. Only hardware and network problems will be solved without a cost.
All services provided by PAJO SERVERS may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any US or EU law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PAJO SERVERS from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
PAJO SERVERS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any service provided with or without a refund or notice or warning for any reason. We also reserve the right to change and modify the Terms of Service at any time with or without client notification. It is up to the client to periodically check and familiarize himself or herself with the recent Terms of Service. If any client does not comply with the new Terms of Service modifications, his or her service will be terminated. We retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification however we will try to notify our clients of these changes.
Acceptable Usage Policy
By ordering our services, you agree to comply to our Acceptable Usage Policy. Failure to do so will result in suspension and possibly account termination with or without notice. In certain/severe cases we may report your account details to FraudRecord.
Service Payment, Refunds and Cancellation Guidelines
All payment invoices are generated 7 days before payment is due. Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspended and, ultimately, terminated service. Late payments are subject to a late fee. PAJO SERVERS reserves the right to terminate your service at any point after your invoice is overdue, and will not be responsible for any data loss due to termination.
Due to bad experiences in the past and abuse of Refund policy we do not operate any refund policy as of 1st of August, 2019. If the client creates a subscription to pay for his or her service(s) with us, the client is responsible for canceling that subscription when he/she no longer wants service with PAJO SERVERS.
Client has responsibility not to do over-payment or to cancel any recurring payment if he doesn't want to keep the service with us. In case of double payment and/or recurring payments amount which is paid will be added to clients credit balance. Client can use that credit balance to either order new services or pay future invoices. These payments are not eligible for refund.
We will not be responsible for handling or refunding any transactions that take place after the client has cancelled his or her service with PAJO SERVERS in the event that the client fails to cancel the related subscription.
Dedicated server require 14 days minimum cancellation period otherwise we must charge for additional month and that invoice must be paid.
Raising a billing dispute with our payment processors or charging back a payment made to PAJO SERVERS will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to immediately terminate all services without refund in such instances.
Any threat of legal action against PAJO SERVERS will result in immediate account and service termination without refund.
All orders placed through our website are passed through an automatic fraud check system. Although our services ( excluding dedicated servers ) are typically set up instantly upon receipt of payment, we manually review each order before accepting it. If our fraud check system scores your order as dangerous, we may cancel your service or contact you to sent us government ID proving your identity. Failure to comply in a timely manner ( usually 24h ) may result in cancellation of your order.
Ordering from a VPN or proxy will likely cause your order to be flagged as potential fraud, requiring additional verification in order to use our services. Please order without a VPN if at all possible.
We require your real first and last name, as well as accurate information in all other fields, upon placing an order. If you provide false information when placing an order, your service may be suspended and/or terminated without notice upon potential manual review at any time during the rent cycle.
Each client can have only one account with PAJO SERVERS. Permission to create additional accounts must be discussed with our staff via ticket.
PAJO SERVERS utilizes FraudRecord to screen new orders for previous fraudulent activity and to report existing clients who violate our Terms of Service and/or Acceptable Usage Policy. In case of a violation, you may be reported to FraudRecord for misbehavior.
Our services are totally unmanaged. They are designed for experienced Linux administrators and web masters, This means that the client is solely responsible for management of their server. You should be familiar with Linux, command line prompts, SSH and server configuration. PAJO SERVERS works hard to ensure the availability of it's network and server hardware as such we will provide support in case of hardware, network or control panel issues.
Please note tickets processed in the order in which they are received so do not create multiple tickets for the same incident. We only offer support in English, Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian and require that it be used to communicate with our staff. We will not tolerate any abusive language in any form of contact with our staff including, but not limited to, emails and ticket support system. Such behaviour will result in a warning, followed by suspension and termination if the warning is not heeded.
PAJO SERVERS does not provide any backups whatsoever (exceptions apply for web hosting services on certain locations, conditions clearly stated during order form). All backups are the responsibility of the client. PAJO SERVERS is not held responsible for any potential data loss that may occur.
